Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your card is charged on day 8 for the plan you selected and will auto-renew until you cancel.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund of your first paid billing period within 30 days of the first paid charge — no reason required. To claim it, email live@playplaycards.com with subject line "Refund Request" and the email address on the account. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance-sales contract within 14 days, under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. Because our Service is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent at checkout to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you LOSE this right of withdrawal once we begin performance (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Notwithstanding the foregoing, our 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 remains available to you and is more favourable than the statutory cooling-off period in most cases.
You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing live@playplaycards.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is confirmed by email. No phone calls, no retention process, no cancellation fee.
Outside the 30-day window or any mandatory statutory right, all charges are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No refunds for partial billing periods, unused content, downgrades or inactivity.
Please contact us before issuing a chargeback — most concerns can be solved in one email. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
